Mindfulness Retreat Days and workshops are offered to provide you with the opportunity to take a break from your usual commitments and obligations. You will have an opportunity to immerse yourself in healing and relaxing practices designed to nurture and replenish your body and mind, all within a supportive and safe environment.
Mindfulness Retreat Morning Open to All: Cultivating Genuine Acceptance

This mindfulness retreat morning will offer you a chance to reconnect with yourself through meditation, yoga and relaxation practices. It will also include an exploration of how we can cultivate acceptance in our lives; of others, of ourselves and of the challenges we are facing.
Feel free to bring your own yoga mat in addition to some writing materials as there will be some journaling time.
We will maintain social silence throughout the workshop.
